Cleveland Commercial and Fine Art Photographer - The Dreams Project

The Dreams Project was loosely based off of a recurring dream / nightmare. Although the images are not detailed scenes from the nightmare, they are representations of visuals and “feelings” derived from the nightmare. 

The look and feel of the project was visualized while preparing a test shot for another project. After manipulating the lighting set up slightly and altering the relationship of the subject to the camera and lighting, the Dreams Project quickly started to solidify. The goal was to create as much as possible “in camera”, leaving little or no retouching or compositing. The project consisted of only sixteen images, but there has been contemplation of expending the series and/or possibly creating a Part 2.
